The problem with our miserable summer is that every patch of blue sky and ray of sunshine makes us cling powerfully to our beautiful Donegal homeland. Blue skies, sunshine, scenery and social life
It couldn’t have been a nicer day. Brilliant sunshine and clear air made visibility perfect for the 2-hour ride from John and Sharon’s Kellee Stables in Legnahoory, near Kilmacrennan. Quote of the weekend: “TREC is the sport for hardy feckers!” Orla reports that it was “a good weekend, camping was a challenge, well pretty much everything was a challenge but there wasn’t one single complaint about ground conditions for the PTV and all bar the 30KM route riders managed to get home with only a few showers”. On aContinue reading “TREC competitors prove a hardy bunch”
