Next Saturday, 30 November, is one of the most eagerly anticipated evenings on the equestrian world’s social calendar. It’s time for our 2nd Annual Donegal Riding Clubs Dinner Dance & Awards. If last year’s inaugural event is anything to go by, we’re in for a truly great night of food, conversation, dancing and good old-fashioned craic.
If you haven’t got your tickets yet, contact Rachael or Ruth McCrossan without further delay. The big bash takes place at the Station House Hotel in Letterkenny (that’s the one down by the old Dunnes) and dinner will be served at 8pm. It will be followed by the prizegiving for the Northwest Autumn League and “The Horsey Oscars”. The oscars will be presented to one member from each club, nominated by their own club members.
