This year our weekend away will be to the dry and durable sandunes near Bundoran. There’s no prospect of the ground being so wet that the trip has to be abandoned so you can confidently mark the 7 & 8 September in your calendar in indelible ink.
Damien has made arrangements for human and horse accommodation, as well as for the use of Stracomer’s cross country course and show jumping fences on grass. The all in cost, based on at least 10 people participating, will be €50 a head. There’ll be no on site catering and the plan is to head to the local hostelries for a bite to eat on Saturday evening. Bring some basics for breakfast on Sunday morning and for tea breaks.
