Club member Ava Ward has been in touch to reassure us that she’s still alive and kicking. Although we haven’t spotted her at any riding club events this year, she’s keeping her head above water in the equine world and enjoyed a successful outing at Greenacres last weekend. With her mare, Gallanta, she took the Riding Horse, Lightweight Hunter (in hand) and Lightweight Hunter (ridden) at last weekend’s event. She also carried off the championship.
